Polic\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n de la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado (PGJE) aprehendi\u00f3 a Marco Antonio N., por el delito de homicidio en grado de tentativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Los hechos por los que fue detenido se registraron el 29 de diciembre de 2021 en el municipio de Chiautempan cuando el acusado se acerc\u00f3 a la v\u00edctima y la amenaz\u00f3 de muerte, posteriormente intent\u00f3 lesionarla con un arma de fuego; sin embargo, el agraviado logr\u00f3 escapar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ante este hecho, el masculino present\u00f3 la denuncia correspondiente y el Ministerio P\u00fablico inici\u00f3 la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n y expuso los elementos de prueba ante el Juez, quien orden\u00f3 su detenci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
